We are pleased to say that @romoliver_99 will line up for stage 2 after his crash yesterday. He suffered multiple abrasions but has been given the all clear. @AlexeyLutsenko3 won’t start today, he returns home to recover after a busy spring.#TDR2021 pic.twitter.com/dNSOCeC4IO

#TDR2021 stage 2 today, but @3sdevenyns will not take to the start after suffering from a bronchial problem. With the poor weather in the area it has been decided it would be better for him to not continue with the race.
Wishing Dries a speedy recovery!— Deceuninck-QuickStep (@deceuninck_qst) April 29, 2021
#TDR2021 🇨🇭
Unfortunately @sam_bewley has stepped off the bike on stage 2.
The team agreed it was best to stop in order for him to continue training at home as he steps up his comeback from injury 💪 pic.twitter.com/iGDWCToRIY
