Tanel Kangert (Astana) n’a pas pris le départ de la 13e étape du Giro ce vendredi. L’Estonien souffrait en effet de problèmes intestinaux depuis 5 jours. Il occupait la 44e place du classement général à 41’53 du leader Simon Yates (Mitchelton-Scott).
Tanel Kangert will go home today and in the next days will do all checkings with the specialist. During the last 5 days Tanel has suffered from gastro-intestinal problems. He did the yesterday's stage, but the health and safety of the rider is on first place. #Giro101
