Victime d’une chute ce jeudi lors de la 5e étape du Critérium du Dauphiné, le Français Clément Venturini (AG2R Citroën Team) a abandonné l’épreuve.
Il avait réussi un beau début de Dauphiné en prenant la 3e place de la 1ère étape et la 6e place de la 3e étape.
Lennard Hofstede (Jumbo – Visma), Ivo Oliveira (UAE – Team Emirates) et Kaden Groves (BikeExchange) ont également quitté la course sur chute. Hofstede a été transféré à l’hôpital pour passer des examens, une fracture de la clavicule étant suspectée.

Unfortunately Lennard Hofstede was involved in a crash and had to abandon the Dauphiné.
He has been brought to the hospital for further examinations with a suspected collarbone fracture.
